Our Property

Client Projects

Upon full payment for services rendered, intellectual property rights for custom work created specifically for you will be transferred as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Denver AI Tech retains the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-confidential elements of work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the use of the website by others. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmitting malicious code, scraping or harvesting data, and using the website for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Denver AI Tech, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
