- Led end-to-end process re-engineering across finance and operations — reservations, OTA reconciliation, housekeeping turnover, night-audit and finance close — using structured AS-IS / TO-BE redesign.
- Designed and built an executive Power BI reporting layer giving leadership real-time visibility into P&L, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and cost leakage.
- Automated reconciliation and audit workflows, reducing manual operational effort by ~40% and resolving 15+ recurring process bottlenecks found through gap analysis.
- Authored multi-level process hierarchies, SOPs, and BRDs/FRDs with RACI matrices and KPIs — now the operational playbook for the business.

CCWIS, CCMS and HHS — US state government programs on multi-million-dollar federal contracts.
- Owned the requirements lifecycle for three large-scale US state digital transformation programs: the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS), the Child Care Management System (CCMS), and Health and Human Services (HHS) — delivering 100% regulatory compliance and on-time milestone delivery.
- Sole business analyst on the CCWIS program, supporting a squad of three developers and two QA engineers, keeping the requirements and user-story pipeline far enough ahead that the team always had work to build and test. Closed out the full roadmap.
- Ran daily calls with the US-based SME to demo delivered work, capture review feedback, and pull the next set of roadmap requirements.
- Authored 80+ user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and 25+ AS-IS and TO-BE process flow diagrams in two-month sprint cycles, reducing development rework by 35%.
- Led UAT planning, execution and defect triage in Azure DevOps, with 99% defect resolution before sign-off. Coordinated user training and change-management collateral for state agency end users.
- Produced BRDs, FRDs, FSDs and traceability matrices that became the audit-of-record for federal program reviews.

What I believe

Five things I won’t hedge on.

Working software beats strategy decks. Every time.

Too many engagements end with a 60-page PDF and nothing in production. The deliverable is the system, not the document about the system. Everything on this site is something you can open.

The spec and the build should be the same person.

I spent four-plus years writing requirements and handing them to developers, and watched how much meaning falls out in that handoff. Doing both halves myself removes an entire category of failure — the one where everyone did their job correctly and the wrong thing got built.

Scope first, price second.

I do not publish a price list, because a two-week diagnostic and a three-month build are not the same product. The number comes after I understand what is actually being asked for. That is slower than a menu, and it is the only way I can quote something I will still stand behind at the end.

Stack commitment beats vendor neutrality.

Claude is my default for reasoning, with other models routed in where they genuinely fit better. Picking a substrate and learning it deeply produces better systems than staying nominally neutral and knowing all of them shallowly.

Saying “AI isn’t the answer here” is sometimes the right answer.

Sometimes the fix is a spreadsheet, a process change, or a different hire. I would rather tell you that on the first call than take the work and deliver something you did not need.

One person. That is the whole answer.

I do the discovery, write the specification, and build the thing. There is no team behind me, no bench of contractors, and nobody junior the work gets handed to once the contract is signed. When you talk to me, you are talking to the person doing the work.

That is a real constraint on how much I can take on at once, and I would rather say it plainly than imply depth that is not there.
